Eric’s academic qualifications in Business Law, Management, Training and Development, and Psychology underpin his ability to develop policies that ensure compliance and drive strategic organisational goals. He has successfully worked with businesses and nonprofits to create policies that cover critical areas such as governance, human resources, risk management, and operational efficiency.
